Somerset Medical Center's comprehensive medical reference library, located on the ground level near Fuld Auditorium, is available for use by medical staff, employees and the public. In addition to medical reference texts and medical and nursing periodicals, the library is linked to a worldwide medical information network.

Services include access to:

• Literature searches of published medical literature
• Interlibrary Loan - via The National Library of Medicine’s Interlibrary Loan System, books and journal articles that are not located in the our library can be requested
• Consumer Health Library - a collection of health related publications such as the Harvard Medical School’s Harvard Health letter

The reference library is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Members of the community should make an appointment by calling 908-685-2423.
